What a cop out!

Seriously now, even though the wise ones were right, I don’t want to cheat you out of a glimpse of what I’m all about, so here’re some of the roles I assume on a daily basis: Writer, filmmaker, partner, friend, student, mentor, brand-new father. I currently spend most of my time working in television in New Zealand. My first comedy series I co-wrote and edited has just screened here in NZ.

You could label me a 30-yr-old former-perfectionist, a lover of swimming, painting and taking photographs. I’m very visual and have annoyingly super-human hearing. I’m intensely interested in the body-mind, philosophy, business, art, psychology, story, brain states and subjective experience. I’m enjoying my spiritual awakening, a journey that is now filled with humor, fun and wonder. My number one value in life is love. Love in my relationship, family, friends and in my interactions with my readers via this website.

I’ve spent the past 12 years studying personal development in an effort to enhance my own life and give myself an edge. Not much seemed to work for me until three years ago, during my darkest time, I stumbled onto the answer I had been searching for. It was nothing like I had expected, in fact it ran contrary to almost everything we are taught as children. Since then, I have developed methods of teaching this material that I hope to share with you here.

My intention is not only to pass on what I have learned, but reveal to as many people as possible how they can implement major change in a practical way. I want to share the experience of turning my own life around and show others how they too can make the transition from fear, depression, failure and suffering to fun, joy, abundance, peace and success.
